aww bless your mom is a lil gem😊 looks like you all had a great time, I bet tim enjoyed the break from filming lol, iv only ever been abroad once and it was to Tunisia and I absolutely loved it, we stayed at dar kayem hotel, I think that was in hammamet by old or new yemmin and I must say every single person there is proper friendly aswell and there were tons of stay cats me and my daughter was feeding one that had kittens outside the front of the hotel so cute but so grubby aswell bless em

Wow! That looks so amazing, glad to see you and your family had a good time and your mum making friends along the way. Love the swimming pools and the music, lovely and yummy food with a good choice. Oh my, that so unusual to see a camel on a beach. My friend has a hoilday home out in Turkey, am sure she would let you stay a bit long. Lol Yes our grass back in the UK was burn from all the sun with had with no rain, it was aright for the ones who have carpet grass. When we had the big thunderstorm, it just rained and rained and it was making the grass muddy.

Great vlog looked a lovely hotel. Such a pain with your not eating diary with the food. It’s surprising how much does have it in! I wasn’t happy about that poor chameleon i hope it got away from him & did a runner😒 Casper always smiling bless him. Nice to see your mum with you 🥰 I just can’t bring myself to fly again, Im not great with flying! Now as not been for a few years its made me even more nervous. I know i will have to push myself if only for my husbands sake😬 thx again for sharing👍

@@GabyStarbuckx Very different, tourism was in the early stages and hotels mostly geared up for the elderly Brits who wintered there. The people selling things were the same though, horrendous! I was only 12 but remember a Bedouin Feast and a camel ride. My overriding memory is the orange trees growing inside the hotel, delicious 😋

Wow, bet that is a nice memory. You can definitely tell outside the hotel it’s lost something probably since that event that occurred. Looks like it’s really effected business. But the service in the coffee house on the harbour was great I think they really appreciated the custom x

@@GabyStarbuckx Yes, that was terrible and I can imagine people are more wary now. It is such a shame as even though it's a lingerie time ago the hotel staff were absolutely brilliant. We stayed in Monastir as I recall, fantastic beach. This is how long ago it was Gaby, Kenny Ball and his jazz men were at the same hotel on a working holiday 😅

I must admit I only paddled in the sea but it was warm.. so as long as it’s not rough you’ll love it x

I’ve recently found I cannot eat dairy and have been put off going abroad but this inspires me that it might be okay!! How did you find eating there overall? Did most things at the buffet have ingredients showing? Thank you for showing this side of it!!

Gaby,I know you have a dairy allergy,have you thought of trying one of the non dairy cheeses that are on the market,maybe then you could make dishes to suit your allergy and you wouldn't miss out so much.

@@GabyStarbuckx yeah did have one scare when a Libyan warship anchored just a few hundred yards from shore right outside our hotel, boat with officer and 6 armed guards came ashore and into our hotel, everyone were very nervous and looking at each other wondering what the hell was happening, after around 2 hours they all got on boat returned to ship and left .... that evening we asked out waiter at dinner what had occurred, he laughed and told us hotel managers brother was captain in Libyan navy and he had come to visit and have lunch......lolol

We studied about Tunisia in Geography at school capital same name of country have very beautiful landscapes and Islamic and Roman monuments their accents similar to Morocco and Algeria their costumes traditions and cuisine recipes too when I read title of video tui holiday I looked up for meaning it’s types of trips adult only , luxury , family members only , spa holidays , sport and activities means tourism companies we have in Arabic countries boss of campaigns for travel inside homeland or aboard this man is responsible for everything he booked rooms at hotel and buffet and tour programs such as shopping visiting landmarks each boss of travel campaign have different amount of money for trips some of them are very expensive any way bon voyage good luck to your dearest ones

Yes we make them very honest. Yes so it’s the baby he has a cows milk allergy and due to breast feeding I can’t have it either. I could give up feeding but I’m trying to do the best for casper after we’ve come so far x

You wouldn't catch me in Tunisia and as for going beyond the hotel security to walk around the town, you must be loco. Why take the risk? Just stick to the north coast of the Med or the islands. Sardinia has amazing beaches - the best in the Med by far.

My now 78 year old mum and her sister have been going to Tunisia twice a year for many years,they love it.Mind you all they do is sit around the pool or the beach drinking,smoking and being flirty with the workers 😂
