Got my 325d touring with the N57 lump for now, went from 201hp and 450nm to 319hp and 696nm from stage 1 software! Drives different now 😍

Got a 350z supercharged, gonna enjoy for a couple more years yet, but the 140i is deffo next for me. Will keep your vids for tuning as I want the full works, will be in touch with evolve. Let me know once all done...if there's any mods that you regretted

If pops and bangs can be coded in with the stage 1 you might as well do it in a future stage. Adds some nice noise on downshift overruns

@@youtube2kwatcher well this is the last 1 series with a 6 cylinder and rear wheel drive so most likely will because the new 1 series is trash shaney poo 🤔

Had my M140i just over a year, and had it mapped at a BMW tuning specialist. The engine pulls very strongly now, and you can tell there is so much more to gain with a sports cat downpipe, upgraded fuel pump, and injectors. It surprises a lot of much more expensive machinery, and that is the best thing for me, simply because it's a 20 grand car that competes with 50-60 grand cars.

@@thebomber5028 Only oil starvation issues I have heard about with the M135i RWD and the M140i are from a couple of track cars which got the oil starvation issue due to heavy cornering, not heard of any issues on road cars matey. Mine had been trouble free, after running 455bhp/634nm with a Wagner 200 cell cat for over a year, and I rag it every weekend.

@@thebomber5028 The main documented M140i which had an engine destroyed (on youtube) was the M140i called hulk. Have a search for F20 Hulk channel ;-)

Bro did you try the secret exhaust mode allready? You need to put you car in neutral and hold esp button for 5 seconds so it is dynamic, with that u get some loud pops. Just write on youtube “m140i secret exhaust mode” Nice channel bro i am subt since yesterday!!

Stage 1 you can get easily 400-430bhp and still get 35-40mpg on eco pro on motorways and 28-32mpg on local roads, best of both worlds in the car game... one of the best all rounders

Mate I’ve been trying to data log my 550hp 335i and I literally can’t get any clean logs as I lose traction everywhere! I need it done as need another revision for my map so I can turn the boost up more lol

Yeah stage 1 transforms the car. I wasn't sure about the benefit of XHP on a 2018 car to be honest. Can't be good for the gearbox imo

That's a hell of chunk or torque and I prefer torque as it makes more driveable.

I've driven both. Nothing to be confused about M140i is another animal. However, the I30N had great sounds/pops and bangs. But the M140i will just draw you once you drive it.

@@sza86 Thankyou man, appreciate that. I just feel the i30 N is maybe slightly underpowered and unfortunately not very tunable, where as this is the complete opposite. The i30N is so much fun to drive though, decisions, but good ones 👍I think its worth me test driving an M140

Does you gearbox has been tuned?

Bruh as BMW biased as I can be,make sure not to neglect that RS3 and R32, content lol😅😅😅.you should be pushing at least 430/440 though.Celtic,Litchfield,MHD figures on a stage 1 are 430-435 and wrench studios the kings gets about 440.

Could be set to match rear so car won't throw up faults or it doesn't need to be put in dyno mode. When speeds don't match, the traction control will activate.

my mate use to go garages and say can i test drive it without tester and ragged the fuck out of it without traction control he did it with a m5 and 1 series
