This 45IT is very bless im use it every day i can do the 45 It twise or thirt times a day on 12 pm or 3pm and in the morning 6 am sometimes on the dayligth but always 9 am on the way to my work and 12 am on the time of my work with my ears piece in my ears , i has grow a lot in the spirit God has deliver me heal me my prayer life has increase like never before i get a lot of atacks on my marrage because my husband is not active in pray like i do it brings a lot of disturbing things , Papa pls can you pray for us i will not give up im stay praying but sometimes is getting to much for me to stay warring and figthing in the spirit and the 3 man in the house is not praying my 2 sons and my husband, my husband pray but not intensief and stay will have some fun like wachting movies that gives open doors my sons play all the time playstaition evil games day dont listen that is bad for them .
