@@ZeotyXBL nah its actually pretty common. Ive lived in the uk a couple of years and Ive found some there, although Im from southern germany where we dont really eat that, our cuisine is more similar to a swiss one.

That’s how we all taste sauces etc. in our family. My late mum said her mum used to do it that way, and I’ve seen my aunts do likewise. It saves using a fresh spoon each time .

Man, I can’t tell you how many sesame seed-encrusted Ahi tuna fillets I’ve seared in my life. That is a sight I’ve seen countless times. It’s such an easy protein to cook, too. I love it! 😂

We used to do 1 side all white seed, then with a finger make an Asian looking letter/character.. then dip it in black seeds. And vice versa on the other side

@@juniperabbott2614 unless you live very close to where tuna are caught and auctioned, or have a fish connect that next day air delivers it, you're going to be buying a 6-8 oz previously frozen fillet. Shaped like a triangle. This is pretty standard for pretty much most restaurants (unless higher end) chain restaurants, as well as supermarkets..

@@juniperabbott2614 also, just because they were previously frozen doesn't lower the quality. They are processed very quickly , and sometimes can be fresher than getting hands on an actual tuna loin (again depending on where you live, and who you know)..

He is a great chef.Also he doesnt use very uncommon or complicated ingredient/tools/method..very relaxing to watch.

That backhand lick trick has to be the best home cooking tip I’ve seen in AGES. Not even joking.

Day 24 of asking for Jajangmyeon! Quick and easy dish!

I definitely enjoy watching this short video it gives me ideas what to eat for lunch or dinner or head to a restaurants because it's probably easier then trying to make some of Chef Andy's and Babe's dishes.😋👍

I've come to realize his excitement in the beginning isn't because he has the things in the fridge, it's having a wife actually pick something to eat vs "I don't know", "I'm not hungry for anything in particular", and "whatever you want (spoiler, it's not whatever you want)".
