instead of paper plate, just cut off the bottom of a gallon milk jug and then stick your pvc thru the opening, your hand will hold the pvc inside the milk jug, and put the pour opening of milk jug into the tumbler. protect your hand/arm and the inside of the cup at the same time. now that stripping tumbler hack looks to be phenomenal!! will definitely try that one the next time I have to strip a tumbler. thank you for this

These are all good, but I love the stripping hack! I have a stack of tumblers to strip but hate using so much acetone.

That's the only way I will strip a cup...and it's kind of therapeutic to peel it off. Great video

A spray paint hack I came up with on my own by accident is to start by not doing any preventative steps just spray as usual ..now , on your very last coat of epoxy when your cleaning up your rim up, wet sanding etc. remove the old epoxy off the rim, etc. ...take one of your used sanding blocks and spray the inside of your cup (where your over spray paint is ) with Simple green Lowe’s sells it. Take your sanding block and stuff it inside your rim and just turn it back and forth (I do it with a little water and spray more simple green as needed. Simple green works with removing paint and I just happened to do this by accident one day and it comes right off!! No need for any of the taping or anything else. 😁

Great hacks! The paper plate, you really just need to cut an X in the center of the plate and slide it onto you holder!

That stripping method does not work if the tumbler has sat more than 24 hours.
