Am 7 years late, but crying with so many emotions. Yhooo ❤❤❤
I dont understand why some people are hating on the guy for speaking Afrikaans, its an official language in our country so he can speak speak it if he wants to... The performance is outstanding hands down

Speak it 👏 🙌 no apologies
I recall I was in the library on this day, well I'm always in the merenskey library
The soprano floating over the top squeezes my heart.
As a Tuks Alumni, this made me extremely proud. That was beautiful, and I could listen to this piece all day. To those who got stuck at the Afrikaans part at the beginning, I implore you to start looking beyond the language barrier, and appreciate art for what it is.

Three years later, I still cry watching this😭❤❤
A beautiful South Africa exists in all of us. Music is food for soul. Let players play as we listen '
Listening again, crying again. The sound of these beautiful young voices , from the heart full of soul. Language isn't important, we don't need it.
I will not forgive myself for missing this! :( Tuks Camerata is the future! Absolutely stunning angelic voices.
in 2020 i still listen to this song and still makes me cry i m a big fan of Michael Barrett
Watching from Ireland 🇮🇪 I’ve fallen inlove ❤❤❤
By far the best thing I ever heard in a library.
I have realized that this is the best mob flash of a century that have ever seen. And I cannot stop watching it. Keep it up. I wanna c mo. Watching from Tshwane

You've got that right.
This has always been beautiful for me in every way, and not just because bro was involved. It always sends me. Why? The loose translation is calling out to God by saying: 'now that you have taken your son, stay with us (i.e don't abandon us Father).' It is absolutely beautiful.
everytime i play this song i get emotional and i play it again and again
Now can someone explain to me why I am crying, the tears just roll down my cheeks.
I'm so proud to be a tuks alumna... I was doing my first year when this flash mob took place stunning👌🏽🙂🙂🙂
Angelic voices. Absolutely stunning. Why was I not at the Library that day? #TuksMyHome
And that my friends is how you get people to stand stil, and just enjoy that moment in time.... Amazing is an understatement
The harmony at 3:42 was spine-tingling.
There are those who will show hate but being negative over everything that more good people want to see grow we pray that good will overcome.
This is beyond beautiful 🔥❤️ Go TuksCamerata

Megan Steel guuurl, you better be on a scholarship to an overseas university if you gave this up 😤 (I’m only joking, obvi I don’t know what’s happening in your life) Have you been keeping up with their music though? Their latest releases have been quite exquisite 🙌🏽

Jason Kabelo- we live in ONE country! Although many different races and cultures and African tribes we all live in one country we all thrive for equality on every level and we all love our country we love the animals and we love the different cuisines and many, many other things. Maybe if you joined in on the fun and sing Leeu loop for example- you would be more open minded and respectful to other cultures and races because engaging in these types of things like this video not only connects people as one but also broadens your understanding of that culture and let’s you embrace and love without judgement. I understand that if you are Zulu and you feel offended by this it is in your right, it’s after all your culture but just try to embrace it more if you can. We want love and peace brother. Yes you are my brother as Mother Africa is mother of us all who live here! ♥️ peace ✌🏻 xx
Sounds awesome! But seriously, "back our boys"?? Could you not have come up with a better campaign name? Are there no "girls" in your choir? And yes, those inverted commas are for a reason. Students over the age of 18 are not "boys" or "girls" anymore. So patronising... Ffs
