I translated it up to the three minute mark. Just a note that this sketch is based on how our government dealt with the african swine plague. For a few weeks now the autumn flu has been sweeping across Estonia. Today we're taking a look at how the Department of Health is tackling this dangerous disease. "The flu season has started again, and that's why we're here in front of the store where the disease was reported." "And that's why I'm happy to introduce our outsourced mobile flu stoppers." The two million euro machine is unique in the whole of Eastern Europe. It's fast and runs completely silently. "Machine that can move around, like it has wheels. It's green." "I don't know myself, first time I'm seeing it. So far it's mostly been on-site. But now we can see what I'm being charged for, can't we?" "Here are the store employees. I'm not sure if they're all from the fruit stand but anyway, all the employees have been taken on." "Now they'll be taken into the machine and inside the sickness removal process is going to be done." "To my knowledge, they have norovirus. It's not quite the flu, but it's still an illness, so..so..." "Here is the machine's technician who's performing the after treatment, I think." "This is what remains, it's sort of a by product. But there's no illness in this, so with this you can... you can smear it on your face or something, or.. why should you." "Inside the machine, I think." After we were familiar with the machine, we inquired if perhaps it was used to burn people. 1:46-1:53 "Hang on a second." Next, the director's active day took us outside the city. "In the countryside we usually cooperate with the local hunting parties. This way it's way easier." "Every few weeks I come and check in with the men. Hello! Hello, men." --"Hello." --"How's it going? Did you get something?" --"We got nothing. There's no snow, where will you find any..." --"You've got something right here, right? Usually you recognize the sick by a running nose. Or their throat is swelling." 2:22 "This one doesn't have it." --"This ones fine, yeah." --"No flu?" --"No flu. This is the neighbour's boy, there was some squeaking going on." --"Um, okay. But what is this, a rake?" --"Pfft! It's a [certain type of] fishing spear." 2:40-2:46 "Take the jawbone and genitals-" --"Let us go and look around some more." The last segment (got tired of translating): they bury the dead near a major water source, but it's fine since regulations are being followed; the director thinks it's fine to kill all the sick people since the EU is providing resources and they should be used to the maximum.
