Andrew Bone is badass - as far as I recall, he is dead-on on all his predictions! Just because Saban retired, doesn't mean BAMA standard retired with him. We wish the GOAT the best and we look for a new era to begin and sizzle in Tuscaloosa. R T R Fort Payne

I like to think of Alabama as a house. Wallace Wade built the foundation. Frank Thomas reinforced that foundation. Bear Bryant built a big beautiful house. His successors lived in that house and let it fade a little bit. Gene Stallings made some repairs and kept it from crumbling and added some rooms. His successors started a fire in the kitchen. Saban came in and renovated that kitchen and added a swimming pool, a basketball court, and all kinds of amenities. And now I believe Deboer will move into the house and make some additions of his own.
