When I feel upside down and blindfolded, the path that frees me up is to work physically with nature, really clearing, digging, carrying - heavy work. My mind is focused, allowing my subconscious free reign to wander and opens up "undirected" and fresh insights. It's a gardener's way, nature nutures.

Here is my problem with trusting intuition. To me, I see intuition as a "feeling or sense". Intuition will guide me by feelings. When I have followed my feelings, literally ALL MY LIFE, I have walked happily into very distructive situations. I have done this over and over and over. So, I am having a VERY difficult time with trusting my feelings, they do not have a great track record. I just read Kavannah Light's idea and maybe I will go work in the garden. I was considering this before I pulled this card. Thank you for your insight Anna and for the idea Kavannah.

Yes, people often have those experiences. That suggests that there is some wound or misalignment that is accidentally recreating certain situations over and over again. In other words your intuition isn't able to speak from a free place yet.

@@thebrynth So, what I got from your message is, that the multitude of bad decisions I made happened prior to those decisions? There is an underlying trauma that happened before these other issues, that caused me to make said bad choices? Childhood trauma? I do have childhood trauma. I feel that I have identified what that is, what that could be, and yet, I still doubt myself. I ALWAYS question my judgement.

@@debrafrederick5300 it's just the human spiritual journey - which includes healing of old wounds. Healing those wounds brings us to a neutral position, so we can stop focusing on survival and coping skills and can start practicing expansion. It's almost always the first bit of work I do with my own clients.
