I live in Miami but I want to move to Tuscon in a few years. I can't wait. South Florida is unreal expensive now.

Major CONS lots of homelessness and crime especially larceny as well there is a huge drug problem there locals shared this with me. Due to the cheap drugs coming from Mexico. I was there this year from mid Jan-Mid April I liked the sun and the nature beauty hikes etc. Although I was told more rain then avg and cooler temps this winter. I'm from a big city in the N.East with some of the best food in the country Boston! I too missed the restaurant diversity. Id never buy in that town Id never want to be there May-Nov! NO thanks and AZ has major pending drought problems

You gotta have good retirement to live in Tucson Az. Tucson crimes has risen tremendously. I was at a bus stop and a homeless/drug addict was dead. There's about 3 dead a week. NOT safe for seniors to wait for a sun tran bus after 6:pm. It's infested with drug addicts & homeless per corner store. NOT SAFE, THE COMMUNITY WILL VOUCH FOR THAT. There's no bus transportation available in the foothills, and other locations.
Any rent to own low budget options
