Automated production of stacked E-cores, from coil to core.
The line consists of the following components:
• Decoiler
• Strip guiding and roller feeding system
• 2 V-notching tools
• 1 or 2 hole punching tools
• 2 shearing tools (45°/ 90°, 135°)
• Automatic E-core stacking system with stacking table for top yoke, 2 mobile E-pallets with air-caster drive system and a hydraulic upending station to turn the finished core in upright position
