Hi Shelly, do you know what the grind angle is on the trapper? Does it have a micro bevel, or is it scandi ?

I will measure it later today, not at home right now.

Ok just measured, it’s not scandi, has three angles, the head has a flat, then an angle towards the edge, then a large micro bevel. If you like the head on its side and take that as zero the microbevel is 9.35 degrees per side , so 18.7 degrees inclusive, explains why it’s so damn sharp.

@ShelleyRaskin thanks for taking the time to measure that. I can see why it looks so damn sharp. It's a good carpentry angle as well, very versatile.
