My Aunty lost her husband in 1971, She was 3 months pregnant then. Allah blessed her with a Boy. That boy became an army officer as well. She lost her son in mission Zarb e Azm. There are many mums, sisters and wives who are suffering on everyday basis.May Allah give them Sabr Ameen.

Finally heard the original version of this song today (2:28 - 2:34 pm) and although I prefer the Hindi lyrics more, I found the music and storyline beautiful nonetheless. The climax is sure to bring tears to your eyes, it was real hard to stop tears from spilling down once Farhan was hit (I said "fudge" the moment he was hit) and scenes that followed after.
