I have an Akorn Kamado 6719 normal size. Not Jr. I just received my tiptop and I'm not sure it's the right size, which is the TTT-03 CR5. Is that the wrong one? Thank you.

I have a Grilla Kong and this product seems like it would be of value. However, I went out to the TipTopTemp site and it's not obvious which products to order specifically for the Kong. Can you assist?

Hi Ronnie. The Kong and others with a 6inch top vent would use the large vent adapter. Thx bruce

The TipTopTemp.com site will have hangers, otherwise the OOK 10-14inch plate hanger works almost as good, may need to bend the ends a bit. I am sorry, I did not realize that TTT comments were going here instead of the TipTopTemp KZread channel. Questions are better sent to INFO@TIPTOPTEMP.COM

Does this work in the winter months? Reading the chart looks like it only goes to 50 Fahrenheit

Hello Alex, TTT is used year round, the chart was produced by a customer in AU. He probably never considered that cold but our Canadian grillr's use it in very cold. You may need to put a wind break around the coil area. Some use a Fosters beer can, pictures are on the Facebook page and KZread.

So how about a chart that works for those that bought your product and live in the US or Canada. The directions for use suck. Not one simple, clear video on how to set it correctly

You are witnessing stage fright first hand, Lord knows that I would love to have had a redo on that. Jack's group is a great group and I know that I was a bit overwhelmed by everything going on. The TTT is a great, simple and functional device, its inventor though is not any of those. Bruce
