TTT diagram of eutectoid steel

Time Temperature Transformation curve and its significance is discussed in tamil. It will help you understand the concept behind the heat treatment processes of steel.
TTT curve gives the details about the isothermal transformation that occur at various temperatures with respect to time.
The change in microstructure, austenite to pearlite or Bainite can be observed from this curve.
Heat treatment processes are very important in the field of production engineering.

Your correlation between grainsize of steel and cooling rate from hardening temperature is not correct. Grain size is controlled only from steel manufacturing. If you really want to control grain size the austenizing temperature and holding time at hardening temperature matters. Your teaching method is excellent but the matter seems insufficient.

@@100Engineering First of all, a very big congrats to you for the motivation you hold. Yes , it is not as easy as learning. Thats why , it is not easy to cover all the topics in a single video unless otherwise keenly prepared. Sorry , you said these are not only for TRB then You have to take more steps to explain the concepts in precise manner of each and every subject. Why should you need students infront of you to explain things? I have no idea about this but still from my opinion .Enthusiasm makes one work more on that, it wont search for the reasons for learning from mistakes. I meant that how did this TTT diagram take S or C curved shape? Have you first think of it? You came prepared infront of your board. You have to answer and shouldnt question me. (Im extremely sorry for my words and nothing personally to hurt you. just think and act bro. So many of people are wishing you and they mean you for your invaluable work. Teaching is not about whatever you know , its all about what you have learnt. May your motivation grows bigger than you aimed.
