Having trouble with ekeys. This is on my home. sent an ekey to the wife's phone but we don't know how to enable it. All it does is send a link to install ttlock. It's all set up with alexa and everything works. Just can't figure out how she can work it on her phone as well. Any help from anyone would be great.

Hi, I had the lock registered and then I reset the lock to factory settings. It says "Admin deleted" ... now I wanted to remove the Lock from the App also so that to make sure the registration process from beginning. TTLock app does not allow me to delete the Lock. I click on the settings and press delete button .. It asks for the code which I guess is 0000 but everytime it says Invalid User or passcode ... why? May be I should not have reset the lock first ... I should have deleted the Lock before doing the factory reset. Anyway done is don e ... Now what .... 1) I cannot use another phone as Lock once registered cannot be registered on any other phone or account. 2) I cannot delete the Lock from my phone but Lock is factory reset .... now I cannot use the Lock. No ide how to come out of it and there is no forum for this.....see if you can help me.

long press the reset button (take off battery rear cover and look for the small hole)then 0000#

how to make the auto lock work? emailed support 3 times and they send me all sorts of info except why the auto lock is not working...

If you tap on the lock in the ttlock app and then go into settings you can turn auto lock on and off.

How to delete the lock or reset. My lock doesn’t work with the key only with key, and the customer service doesn’t respond my emails. It’s Headache.

I programed a code, a rf key, and fingerprint. They work for locking the door but won't unlock it. What's the problem?

1- Add App TTlock ✔ 2- Make acount ✔ 3- From menu *Add lock* 4- *All type of locks* 5- Select one lock 6-Wake up the key pad of lock *by tuch it* 7- in the mobile *Ok* 8- Select the lock apper in *dark text* 9- Tap on that lock then change the name 10-select *Test lock* Almost done

I received a defective lock and returned it. I received a new one and I cannot register the new one; I would like to delete the old information and restart, can you help me with this.

Click on the setting icon and at the top of the settings it says “sound” slide this to the off position and the sounds will go away.

This made it soo much easier this deserves more attention.

But how do I lock the door with the code?

The locks normally auto lock after they have been opened. If it is not auto locking just change that in the settings.

I can send the temporary code but how do they lock the door back when they leave in and out ?

The locks normally locks itself after 15 seconds as the default. Each lock is different, the lock in the video does not have any manual controls.

Mine does lock as per autolock and even delay settings work but then I can open it anytime with or without unlocking modalities Any clue?

It works great but can't get it to stop chirping every so often. It's annoying

But it won't pair. Pairing is the f**king bane of my hi tech existence.
