Who ever is looking for ops round mein kya hota hai Poora communication skills and written skills ko check karega . 1st lettle capital ,fullstop , punchuation ,vocabulary . Writing part pr dhyan dena randomly kuch bhi answer mt de dena . Then communication wala part hoga usme he will dicuss about your life , random question honge . Tumari batein sunne mein he is not interested he intrested in your communication skills use of grammer and tenses properly .Aur if ujjval naam ka person interview le ..tho dhyaan rakhna ki you may feel one thing during interview ki iski khudki english mein koi fluency nai hai ... isko bheja kyu interview lene to identify our flaws .

I cleared my hr round in risk prevention.she asked some questions and at last after shortlisting she gave us questions and topics to write on the chat box. After that she asked us to show our id proof on cam on the same meeting.after that i got a call at evening for salary discussion.I Am curious and nervous about the ops round.please assist me if you can!
