When pes was actually fun and pes 19 was aswell its not been the same since and Pes 16 was when I first started playing my club I still remember what I had upfront I had neymar on the left wing Ronaldo in striker and you might find this hard to believe but I had salah on the right from roma I didn't manage to pack anything better at the time but he was a beast on that game I'd go as far to say that was the best right winger iv played with on a pes game I don't quite enjoy him on the newer ones though

This was almost as entertaining to watch as a real el clasico back in the day

A pes 2016 Master League with updated squads would very much be worth watching!

I used to be a heavy fifa 16 player but my high-end laptop got stolen in school. I picked up an old laptop that wouldn't play FIFA and I was hungry for a football game. So I got PES 2016 grudgingly. It took me a while to get the hang of it, but I had the best years of my life on that game. Now I barely play FIFA even though I have a capable PC. So PES 2016 is so dear to me cos it converted me.

i used to be a fifa player and fifa 16 was the reason i moved to pes and got pes 16 and started playing myclub because fifa 16 ultimate team gameplay was so boring so defensive i drew nearly every game or won games like 1-0 but i did go back to fifa and still got pes as well then fifa 19 came out and that was it for me I haven't bought a fifa game since it reminded me so much of fifa 16 it was so boring

It's good to watch you play the older games... But we need to introduce a rule that bans you from playing as whichever team has Ronaldo. It's always the same.

So Entertaining, i forgot how bad efootball 2022 is for nearly half an hours. pes 2016 was so good.

Pes 16/17 were the almost perfect arcade sim football games then they decided to slow everything down each year making it more and more unresponsive to the point of the awful mobile game we have now.

Yeah, someone at Konami confused input lag with simulation. You can make a realistic pace without being annoyingly slow and unresponsive.

@@r.daneel.90 100% mate. I reckon a lot of the input delay is caused by that under the hood dynamic difficulty rubbish. Instead of making the AI more intelligent they screw the player over lol

@@mrbobajango7482 no it is caused by the additional new animations that were implemented from pes 20. So the game prioritizes the completion of an animation first before the next one starts. e.g: footplanting before kicking the ball. This where fifa struggles the most as their players kick right before planting their feet on the ground in the most unnatural way you can imagine.

@@ricardoromano5700 I don't doubt that the animations play their part but between both pes and fifa they have strange dda that shouldn't be in an esports game. Imagine playing a shooting game and when you press the trigger it's delayed or it purposely misses the target to create momentum/dyabimic difficulty scaling so less skill based players don't quit etc

PES 2016 was one of the easiest . .I loved it at the time. . . .keepers were weak which led to spectacular long rangers.

Good video, mad to think how many of the players are still at madrid lol. How about doing Pes 19, i recall that being alright to play :)

True Britt's, Should play on live broadcast camera to show the true beauty of a game....all these non TV style cameras are many notches lower in showcasing what a game has to offer.

Exhibition mode always has the most fulfilling experiences. Fix team spirit Konami or at least explain what it is doing to my players

Wasn't the PC port of PES 2016 the PS3/Xbox 360 version instead of the PS4/Xbox One version?

How about a PES Wii version with big head mode friendly and classic controls, PES2013 on Wii best as 360 control. Great video by the way I love this version on my Xbox

@@r6liam657 I agree with you buddy those two games are probably my favourite's too. ... you can still play the ML's if you have the games . .I've been playing 2019 ML on and off lately and forgot how hard it was to win.

this was the epitome of pes ai, every team played different, different ways theyd break lines and player id was amazing, but from here on every thing fell off

Pes 2018 was better to me, only thing i hated was the flat-green pitch. Pes 2019 did Better in that regard but had a strange feeling within itself

PES 2017 was an improvement. It fixed 16's horrible goalkeepers. It also improved the defensive lines and player ball control.
