You have to download patches if you have the original pes 2021 game you can go with the virtuared or if you are like me and dont own a pes 2021 CD go get SP football life and the smoke patch. there are a lot of instruction videos on youtube how to download and install it. i had no clue how to do it like you but thx to youtube,websites and reddit im now able to play masterleague with all faces,licences and mods i want and dont have to spend money on this eafc garbage

Write football life 24 on google and you can download everything on their website… and search football life 24 on yt and there are all the tutorials needed
