TTArtisan 23mm f1.4 | lens unboxing | quick review | fujixt4 | cinematic sample
I recently bought a new manual lens from TTartisan, the newly released 23mm f1.4, took it out with my Fujifilm X-T4 #fujixt4 for a walk around, enjoy the video.
The video was shot in DCI 4k 60fps on the #fujixt4 with the classic negative film simulation, all photos were shot with the #fujixt4 with the Eterna film simulation and lightly edited in darkroom.

I bought this lens last month, and I am surprised at its quality, it has a great bokeh for the price, I cant really find any fault with it !

Hi, I currently have a Pen-F and Sigma 30mm 1,4 and am very happy but unfortunately too big. I am interested in a bright compact lens mainly for street photography and I am undecided between the two TTartisan lenses 23mm 1,4 (plus compactness) and the 17mm (plus focal but less compact) what do you recommend? I would have doubts about their sharpness, to be picky, the potential that the two lenses have in post-production both with open and closed aperture.
Does it hard stop at infinity focus or go beyond it a little?

Hi ken, is this lens good for videography. I heard it has focus breathing issues, have you encountered this. Would this be a problem long term?

Hi, all video after 2mins is shot with this lens, It does pretty well in videography, focus breathing is not that big of a deal to me, i don't rack focus from very close to very far that often, so for me the lens is quite good. I hope this help.

It really depends on what you are shooting, outdoor should be fine, what do you want to use it with?
