Great video. Pleased to see Mark P featured as I met him TT2015 and its great to know he is still racing ,nice fella. Just wished those at Marks level were given at least some tv coverage as they are the back bone of the TT imo.

Great video Dave, best part was the pit walk. Was over for first time last year. Met a lot of the smaller teams. They get very little coverage. Thank you.

Absolutely top stuff Dave!! I have the TT video pass, and that is great to have and watch, but to be honest, I enjoy this so much more. Seeing what goes into the whole preparation and running of private bikes, and doing it yourself, give us a whole higher level of appreciation for what you all do. Hey Dave great vid as always. Question. 🙋‍♂️ So your riders; Are they paid to ride or do they rent the bikes off you for the TT? Who pays for the running of the team and up keep of the bikes? Who pays heaven forbid if they bin your bikes? Best channel on KZread.

The riders on my bikes have to pay, but it's only to cover the costs of a refresh, so the bikes are fresh and ready to go, we're not making any profit at all. We're here for the love not the money

Davey why do the teams use leaf blowers on the bikes after they’ve came in? Obviously to cool them but doesn’t the water stop circulating after the engines stopped ? Or do they do it whilst they are idling ? Cheers

They cool the water in the radiator, then run the bike for a few seconds to circulate the cooler water
