Awesome game. Took me two weeks to get one lap at speed without crahing and shooting myself of the island. Not an easy game with the helmet camera. But really amazing.

i fcked up & started on the fastest class without ever playing this TT series before crash crash crash..but I realized I was hitting corners at like 90mph..this is a sim & its addictive..once i got to the point of staying on the bike & not crashing..good as for racing..i better start over w/ the slower bikes..very addictive..10/10

Great info thanks. I use the PS5 controller but, on the PS5. I'm happy with the setup, but will always look to get a better feel. I use semi auto gears and find the shift points to be good, couldn't get faster shifting myself. And I can override if I want to. I'm definitely going to look at the triggers settings jow, though. I am using just pressure not even pulling the brake trigger most times, so a little more feel might be good. I use automatic tuck and might try going manual, after watching this. The time in this game comes from increments, mostly learning the tracks, there is no magic setup that will make a huge difference, it's all about getting faster by tanths but more importantly, knowing the tracks.

Thanks for your settings Doc. I do not think many people would like my set-up. Gears; LB = up, LT = down, RB = clutch, RT = F Break, RSF = throttle, RSB = R Break. Look back is on the RS push down, and re-set on the LS push down. It works for me !

Always used the same for each game I've put everything at 0 dead zone other than steering to account for drift or unwanted lean triangle circle for shifts and x for rear brake.... these work for me sensitivity is personal mines at 5 for steering 0 for everything else any more I found too snappy but if your smooth 10 gives really good turn speed other than that those are my settings I would do tuning but it's different on each bike and gears too especially between say a bmw and a kawasaki so just experiment guys if not sure Ace has more up those sleeves aha great video bro

Hope you dont mind this comment, I use an elite 2 controller with the paddels under (I have passed my bike test years ago) and this is thee best bike experience you can have, use the paddle on the side your favoured too mine is both right side, large paddle takes me up gears and the small paddle takes me down, while riding this is as close as you will get to changing gears in a game what an experience !! You Will feel like you are changing gears on the bike up the box and down... Get the Elite use the paddles and tell me if I am right ??

I didn't expect to learn anything new from this but it was gold dust mate! The trigger sensitivity settings for a start, I know my heavy handedness is getting me thrown off a lot. Iv only ever used semi auto, I like to control downshifting but the game is good at handling the rest. I must switch combined brakes off though, I keep forgetting. I also never knew about pushing the analogue stick for steering forwards or at angles, gotta check that out. I'm also still very unsure about how the various electronics are helping or hurting 🤔 Cheers Doc! 🥳

You didn't expect any solid advice or tips from the Doctor? I'm offended! 😂 Haha on a serious note, the sensitivity was a big help for me when getting used to this PS5 controller. I swear by it. @@DrAce46 yes, I felt all your expert guidance had dried up...... 😅 No joke though, I'm so clumsy and really struggle to graduate the triggers, I think someone should make a controller with stiff trigger springs for racing games. Would work well eh? Especially with this game with the bikes so twitchy. I'm still trying to work out the electronics. I like a fair bit of engine brake but not too much. I'm not sure what ABS actually does in this game! Traction control too, God knows it's effects. I have it on 1 out of 3 on my real life bike but I ain't riding like this! Usually..... 😜 This video really did help a lot though, muchos gracias again. Your tips are a game changer ( as in moto gp23 also ). So so helpful! One thing i don't like though is the structure of the game. I do prefer a more straightforward situation.
