[Tsuki no shizuku] Kunpu-Note (Koto and Shakuhachi /Traditional Japanese musical instrument Wagakki)
Музыка
「月ノ雫」[Tsuki no shizuku]
The moon, floating in the sky.
Though separated from each other, we look at the same moon.
The moonlight, shining on us since ancient times,
Might fall on our hands,
As the dew of the moon.

(箏:藤崎浩子 尺八:鯨岡徹)
[Koto:Hiroko Fujisaki Shakuhachi:Toru Kujiraoka]
Formed in 2006 by two people who felt that by composing pieces of music with all their heart and playing them by themselves with all their heart, the sound would touch people's heartstrings.
With the traditional Japanese musical instruments such as Koto and Shakuhachi, they express their feelings and wishes as people living in the present day.
Their original pieces remind one of the beautiful scenery of their hometown, Niigata.
In the melodies painted by the tones of Koto and Shakuhachi, one would find both nostalgia and freshness.

Being Indian I like Japanese culture and everything related to Japan 😍😘♥️
When the shakuhachi came in, my jaw was on the floor. This is beautiful.
It's the kind of music that would make you think of nostalgic scenarios while finding it beautiful at the same time.
Everyone’s talking about the mental image that this song gives, and here I am just admiring the beauty and emotion of this song.
I was a young US Navy Sailor back in the 70s. My first time in Japan, I fell in love with the culture, the food and the music. I only wished I's spent more time in persuit of the finer aspects of the culture and not the waterfront way of life.
probably this is how to cry without tears. from happiness and sadness at once
This song is the perfect song for dropping everything from your heart and relax. I love that

Oh my! I stumbled upon this video. Your music is awesome. A serene yet bittersweet song.
Very relaxing
I get the image of a warrior who's on his knees looking in horror of the aftermath of a battle that had no victor, just the dead. And looking as well to the corpses he once called brothers at arms that were laughing and singing the night before.... It's beautiful music. But with a sad melancholic tone to it... I don't know. Maybe I'm just over thinking this.

You know I think this fits the song very well I get a similar image. I often think of the music I listen to and wonder what stories they might portray.

GunDexChampion Lost Odyssey got me into thinking that way about war. Melancholic, sad, and heartbreaking. Though I enjoy a good war game. I always revert back to thinking of how tragic it is when I listen to this song

lindo! maravilhoso!
trop beau merci 😍
I dont think of warriors or battles. I think of the lord of a village looking at the people who he tends to who adore and respect him. This is his contemplation of their love song. At 2:40 the song gets to its finest point for me.
I love playing this song on my Koto! It's the best! Thanks for uploading! Your the best man!

What one must do in order to know the name and author of the poem in the description of the video? "The moon, floating in the sky. Though separated from each other, we look at the same moon. The moonlight, shining on us since ancient times, Might fall on our hands, As the dew of the moon."

@@isanamusic Ohhh, so it was you all the time. Congratulations then, your music and poem make me cry every time. It reminds me of many things, one of them is a passage from Lone Wolf and Cub (on pages 250-255 in this link: www.readm.org/manga/4304/97/2 ). Also thanks for the reply It was really unexpected and kind
