I actually saw a meme including both of them. it said: Person: "I like you, but I'm kinda scared of THAT guy...." Hanako: "I-I DON'T EVEN KNOW THAT GUY!!!" Tsukasa in the corner: "Look at me, Brother" and then I saw more stuff and decided to watch Hanko kun after finding out it's name. I watched it and then read the manga. I love it now. Actually, at first, I didn't notice tsukasa at all in the opening, but when he first appeared, that's when I noticed that tsukasa was the one in the end part of the op, I thought it was still hanako-kun. Also, the fact that Hanako-kun and tsukasa voice actor was also the voice behind Nagito Komaeda from Danganronpa Series.

my theory: eh i dont think so tho... tsukasa can only grant wishes for the dead so sakura was already dead or dying then she probably summoned tsukasa and wished to live again.. and in exchange she gets to be his assistant, remember that u must do smth for that person in exchange on what u wished for.. so tsukasa probably gave her the matchmaking so that they can have a bond and also, when we saw tsukasa in the rooftop he was still weak and when yashiro poured a drink on him he starts to dissolve or watever. so that must mean that tsukasa must have gone through a tough battle or watever and he becomes weak,then he was summoned by sakura, then he grants sakura's wish so that she can help him recover thats probably what she exchanged to tsukasa granting her wish... and they probably have the bond just like yashiro and hanako cuz when they have a bond they can see and touch each other.. so in short for my theory tsukasa was almost wiped out in a battle and while he was recovering, sakura summons him, sakura made a wish ,then tsukasa grants it, in exchange she will help him recover and get back his powers and strength and when sakura turns into human tsukasa gives her the matchmaking in order for them to work together on smth

She is his assistant cause she is paying the price for a wish. Natsuhiko can probably see her because he is part of an exorcist clan just like Kou. Idk I just came up with this.
