Shit you can walk down the street in NY and the odds of bumping into a millionaire is 50/50. But Jersey always been just a little less for rent or houses than NYC. That's why alot of people move to NJ or PA and commute back n forth. PA is cheaper than NJ. That anywhere near a major city the price goes up.
