Simple and profound truths we all need to hear over and over again to internalize. Wonderful job by the interviewer - genuine questions, like a real conversation instead of an "interview", sincere warmth, and what I most appreciate is she gave Mrs Krystal lots of time to answer without rushing to the next question, thereby allowing more gems to flow.
