I love that you are just trying. A few years ago I started alternative treatments, not for cures, but to just make me a little less uncomfortable. I love my metal ice roller for migraines from Amazon. I tried marajuana- nope, IV med spa for fluids and meds when I get a long term migraine - yes!, therapeutic massage- yep. I may still try acupuncture or chiropractor still. Again, not cures just to help ease up my stress and symptoms. ,

Love your videos so helpful thinking about joining your group, have MCast , Sibo , Ibs , Anxiety, possible Pots some of MCast is similar as Pots but I have alot of the Pots symptoms. after my most serious flareup yet, I did my own haul of chronic illness gadgets, including a compression vest and a weighted blanket (unlike you, I am AuDHD, so that makes perfect sense but both of these things can be great for anxiety relief for ADHDers and neurotypical folks as well). oh yeah, and a cute pink bear pill crusher lol. hugs, and may tomorrow be a good day with less pain

The only thing that seems off to me is that breathing through your mouth for that necklace thing would a stimulate your nervous system in a bad way, breathing through the nose relaxes your nervous system. I hope the red light you bought has the chronic pain LED light!! If it does not work for this company, I highly suggest from Amazon.
