I pitched in college. Fix your feet. You always want you lead foot to be pointing where you want to throw. Also throwing any pitch other then a knuckle ball is all about your wrist. Flick it straight down for fast ball. Twist down to a 90degree to throw curve. And a 45 degree for slidders. Always have a decently tight grip. Not strangling it tho. And let the ball roll off your finger tips. Best way to practice is to spread out into a T form and practice throwing downwards. Might help. Might not. Everyone’s. But the basics

A little trick for the knuckle drop, grip it with the index and middle finger knuckles and have the thumb grip like a fastball, the put the ring and pinky on the side of the ball, it's a lot more accurate and has more movement, try it if you want

Me when I pitch with my hat forward “puts hat on backwards “becomes Hawkeye”

This is super satisfying to watch.

Zo has made vast improvements in his blitzball game watch out, and honestly I want another floor hockey tourney but longer so more Zo lighting up the scoreboard.

I like how zo is so nice to jack and jack is nice to zo plus they are so funny

A great pitch is using the fastball grip and throwing it submarine so it go very high and far left and cuts back really fast you should try it!

I feel like Zo should try throwing a split and see how that goes, it might work with his delivery, the same arm angle and arm slot that’ll tunnel really well with the fastball

Try a cutter instead of a knuckle slider or a back door slider which can be thrown side arm. They both can move majorly horizonally.

Keep your center of gravity over the pitchers mound throughout you wind-up and all the way until your arm is moving forward. You’ll know that your timing is perfect when you feel your back foot pushing you forward just as you’re releasing the pitch.

I’d recommend trying driveline balls, j-bands, and shoulder work. Hope that helps!

Love this! I don’t know if you need this at all, but one thing I noticed as a pitcher is that you aren’t getting the full “over the top” feel from your throw. I think it could add a lot of speed and accuracy if you can get the full rotation out of your shoulder. Keep it up!

Get some of those weighted balls they use in MLB to warn up with. I think they're called plyos maybe? If you warm up and strengthen your arm with those heavier balls you'll be able get results throwing the blitzball faster in a shorter time I bet. The bug challenge will be continuing to throw strikes with the breaking pitches once you're throwing harder. Add velocity and your aiming points will change on all of the breaking pitches.

Why does this actually look really fun

So most of the time when you’re throwing a knuckle you should keep your fingers more spread apart. Most people tend to have more fingers on the ball when throwing a knuckle so to have the variety really helps with the movement. There’s ur tip❤ love ur stuff btw

If you can learn a submarine knuckle slider, you’ll be nastier than everyone else in the field

My tip is visualize the zone, and throw as hard as possible towards it to see if you can reach your desired speed then eventually try to locate it in some spots when you get the hang of your top speed

Try a riding slider it’s a really easy side arm throw, grip it like a normal curve/slider and make the riser grip, then try to angle yourself and put left foot in front of right, then sidearm the “sliding riser”

I would try just a tad more power no hurt love your stuff man

To throw a curve just do the same thing as a slider but throw it more overhand

I throw a knuckle drop/curve when I play, I use just two fingers with my other fingers pointing straight, you can flick it like a curve or even just throw it over the top like a fastball

I personally throw the knuckle curve with blitzball and baseball, and u just have th throw it a whole lot to get used ot it

try throwing baseballs and then once you get the arm strength to throw that around like 70 or something then throw blitzballs it'll be so much easier

I can do a knuckle drop, it’s pretty easy once you get the hang of it

Try the knuckle drop is two fingers/2 knuckles pointer finger and middle finger with your thumb under the ball

I’m currently 14 and didn’t used to pitch that much at all but I started like actually working on pitching and my mechanics and stuff but the last time I pitched a blitzball it was 65 mph from 47 feet away
