Great sled. Fun watching you guys figure out the fuel issue along the way. All it takes is fuel, strong spark and air. Lots of resources for these older sleds. Most definitely worth putting a new seat on it, along with getting the wiring sorted out.

72' Tn'T was a sharp looking sled. I had a 340. I also had a 73' 292 Silver Bullet. 72' was a better sled imo. The old sleds brings back memories.

Put a primer bulb on the fuel line to the carb…it will make life soooo much easier

i owned a 440 new back in the day lol i don t think it matters what gas line plugs where just feed and return very simple . You guys did great. Small trick to prime them pull the return line off the carb blow into it until your eyes bulge out and it will prime the carb. I am thinking the rings on the pistons are a bit weak and not allow much vacuum to draw it up. there is a hole in the face of the carb and the motor that creates a vacuum from the base of the motor . sound pretty good over all.

also if your going to run that thing and allow the track to spin you might want to put some watet and dish soap on those sliders
