There are a few wtorld wide international organizations he might be able to reach out to for help . One is called international cat care. it never hurts to reach out to some of the bigger organizations to see if they can help a bit. That's just my opinion on that. I'm glad he has many subscribers donating to help him. Wish I could help too but don't have the money to do it at this point in time.

What a wonderful kitten. This poor little angel meows aloud in the grass asking for love and attention and she's very happy to be rescued by Abdou and to be taken to his home.
