This is my first video I have watched from him. I knew Jordan had hops because I have seen him but the other 2 were just as amazing. I agree Travis looks like he wouldn't be able to dunk at all and he killed it his vertical is insane.

I have a great idea for you , first , jump up, then push the backboard with your hands to make a second jump , you can place a sloping object on the backboard where you want to push so you can jump higher by hands , I haven't seen anyone do this, hope you can try it , that will definitely be another innovation !!

Honestly, that's the only way I've ever come from behind the line. I'm usually a two-footed jumper. I can do one if I'm not thinking about my dunk. Like it's in-game, and it just happens. But I have to catch it off a bounce to come from behind the line. I've tried without the bounce, but I fall short or don't make the dunk.

I was like that also but when I learned to jump right off one, I started getting much higher than 2. One of the main things to learn for long or high one foot jumps is to use your off leg as momentum as it swings up. Try it out one day
