I saw RATIRL at a grocery store in Los Angeles yesterday. I told him how cool it was to meet him in person, but I didn’t want to be a douche and bother him and ask him for photos or anything. He said, “Oh, like you’re doing now?” I was taken aback, and all I could say was “Huh?” but he kept cutting me off and going “huh? huh? huh?” and closing his hand shut in front of my face. I walked away and continued with my shopping, and I heard him chuckle as I walked off. When I came to pay for my stuff up front I saw him trying to walk out the doors with like fifteen Milky Ways in his hands without paying. The girl at the counter was very nice about it and professional, and was like “Sir, you need to pay for those first.” At first he kept pretending to be tired and not hear her, but eventually turned back around and brought them to the counter. When she took one of the bars and started scanning it multiple times, he stopped her and told her to scan them each individually “to prevent any electrical infetterence,” and then turned around and winked at me. I don’t even think that’s a word. After she scanned each bar and put them in a bag and started to say the price, he kept interrupting her by yawning really loudly. Anyway rat you should try the new item shadowflame it can crit with its passive

Well shadowflame honestly looks far the better item compared to storm surge only because of how incosistent the activation is, it won't proc easily on poison cause poison by itself doesn't burst hard enough ( 35% of their maximum health within 2.5) to make it an execute item like collector but at the same time when it activates it's when you have max poison stacks on the enemy and use your E which most the times you plan to do so when you want to kill someone with E so you kill them regardless before Storm surge does anything, even in this game it activated only once, the other time i saw it work was on rumble that he killed with his E so it didn't matter. While shadowflame will always work when the enemy is below 35% of max health, so a tick of 100 becomes a 130 true dmg of poison and it can act as a better execution item compared to storm surge, besides that it has 20 more ap.

He said on stream that if they’re at 35% hp they’re dead regardless of the item passive if you have enough ap. also mentioned he’d rather go banshees because it’s the same ap and let’s you open in their face
