I've been doing this look for a long time when I don't want bright eyeshadow and I'm glad it's popular again. It was super popular for a while in my early 20s, but it was called ballerina makeup then.

This is such a romantic, youthful look! I have always loved a very blushy look, and prefer this more traditional placement anyway.

Reminds me of the 2000’s what I would call the frosted look. Shimmery white or light blue shadow, ice 🧊 blue eye liner, & frosted lip, preferably frosted vanilla made by lip smackers. The key was to look like an ice queen….. 😜
