Trying the CHEAPEST FC Colored pencils !

Hi guys, today i tried the cheapest colored pencils from faber castell for this drawing of a Macaw. I was really surprised on how well they performed and i think there is nothing wrong in starting with these cheaper sets. they layer well and has adequate saturation. They may not be lightfast though.
Materials used:
Faber castell triangular grip colored pencil set of 24
Fabriano artistico 100% cotton hot pressed water color paper.

@Reeben22 yes exactly. I think paper is really important may be more so than pencils. But you cant beat the value for money these cheap pencils provide 😊
