Fun fact: albanians are like Scotland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 In both countries men were dresses it’s traditional costume, both use same musicals instruments bagpipes in Scotland in albania it’s Gajda, and Scotland before it was known as Albania , Voldemor in Harry Potter was hidden in albania modern day Scotland

Thank you so much for sharing your experience. Kosovo is a beautiful place with such hospitable people. I can't wait to go there again. We have some amazing food in Chicago as well. Very multicultural city. I hope one day the two of you come to the Windy City in the Summer (Winters are brutal here) to try out some food, go to a Cubs game, and drink a lot of beer.

One tip how we eat in kosovo first we eat salty things , when we finished with them we at sweet things we dont mixed it . But you can do as you wish ask your Heart and he is gone to tell you the rigt way . Last but not least we in Kosovo are albanians too like albanians in albania but we live in different countries just like Germans in east or west once , or Koreans north and south but booth of them are Koreans.

You guys should of asked for this white sauce that we usually eat with qebab. They might not have it Priziren but in Ferizaj there is this white sauce that I usally dip them in and its so good.

its so good that u have visited Prizren its old its beautiful it has the history of Kosovo writen all over but u missed the new part of the city and "Qarshia" its the modern part of Prizren that just screams beautines and the old and new difference that shows more of Prizren also you should have gone to Ferizaj is not that is old or anything but it kinda has a history were you could se the mousqe and church in the same yard witch is the only one in the world but you could have seen the modern part of kosovo witch is one of the most productive citys in Kosovo also maybe take a look at JEZERC were are the most beautiful restaurants in the middle of the nature or way up high in the mountains were you could find the best villas and views of all the city there are to many beautiful places in kosovo that may need a second time to come and try to cover to visit all of our state a small one but with tradition love culture kindness and beautifulnes writen all over it anyways much love to you guys

Back in my early years bread was opened halfway filled with qebabs sprinkled on top with sea salt crystals a pinch of black pepper and sweet red pepper powder and it was the best taste you could possibly get. Always wondered because qebabs were already salty but more sea salt somehow added more to that taste!

Kajmak is white paste we eat it with qebapë or pleskavicë that what you have it on grilled pepper is some kind of chese. Try also kosovan sossig called VIRSHLE ( ENGL. WER SHLA) like the word whistle. Best time to visit kosovo is bettwen middle march till end of ocktober. Specially in August at Doku Fest ( Festival of Documatary Films) Once told me a god friend of mein from Gjakova the next City near to Prizren about 38 km away. Their Dream is to make money in Prishtina to spend this money in Prizren and to go to die in Gjakova ( to be barried in Gjakova .) You are only in City center please ask somebody who knows english that you want to see Prizren League its wery close to you, and that you want to see a big Tree at Ma ra shi its also near and if you go walking maybe 1 km maximaly 1 mile ( Go to mullini) you can see a smaller size of Grand Canyon. Like in Rugova at Peja city. Imagine this on Summertime without Covid 19. Sorry once again about my english , I speak 5 languanges sometime it is no easy.
