Been to Mark’s restaurant. I believe he uses duck egg which is a little different . I got one step below spiciest . Tasty
If u order normal spice, krapao with egg is Super good! One of the most underrated Thai dishes here in US menu 😋

no particular special skill needed to cook an egg in this way nothing out of ordinary
Ped Mark restaurant is overrated and overpriced. Nothing to write home about. Locals don’t eat there.
