Pad 6 ghnte tak change karna chahiye chaahe blood kam he kyu na aaye.... So change pad every 6 hours

Suggesting these panties as if the pads were not enough for creating the mess in the environment Pad. Menstrual cups or cotton pads are better alternatives for the skin as well as the environment.
