Hii💘 yes, it’s original a skirt! So with the fact that my hip n chest measurements are not too different, also the drawstring-closure helps keeping the tube in place!

It'll take 4.5mm hook with a gauge 2x2in of 6-6,5Dcx3,5rows. You can get bulky yarn or double strand Dk yarn😉🧶
