Trying Lechon for the First Time in Cebu, Philippines! (Rico's) 🇵🇭
In today's vlog, we explore more of Cebu. We also eat lechon for the first time which is another filipino food we get to taste test and we had to try it at ricos lechon in Cebu, Philippines, we also stayed in a cheap hotel, and get invaded by zombies. Join us on this journey.
We start the day out by checking into our hotel room which was one of the cheapest in all of Cebu. After getting a proper room we headed into the city to explore what Cebu has to offer us, but ultimately to find some bloody lechon.
Once we arrived at Rico's, we chowed down on some epic lechon and then headed back to give a room and hotel tour... in which a very embarrassing moment happens!

Isaac keeps getting stronger and stronger with every grip on Jollibee’s antenna. 🐝 💪
LECHON! FRAKIN’ MASARAP! *crunch crunch*
Don't worry about racial nonsense boys, they're just being ignorant. Enjoy your travels and be safe. Most Filipinos are nice and accommodating . OMG! You looked like you're going to explode with that chillies 😁
0:41 Staying at a cheap hotel, the toilet only flushes in 2 languages, apparently one of them is Visaya. 😅 13:55 Rico's Lechon, I believe that's where Sonny of Best Ever Food Review also went. 👍
My favorite part in all your videos aside from your jaywalkings is when everytime Isaac gets a hold of Jollibee's antennas 😆😆😆 maybe you should make a clip of all the times Isaac connected to Jollibee thru his antennas 😆 that should be fun to watch 😊😊😊
I just like watching you both, wherever you guys go, it will always be a fun episode. One thing, I like with your content, is , you don’t limit the time and areas you’re trying to show, and all those “crazy thoughts and comments you both share. Just chill and fun video. Stay safe and away from trouble! Imao 🇵🇭🇺🇸 Jacksonville Florida USA
For a clean and overall safe city try Iloilo city, and you can travel for a few hours and visit isla gigantes in carles, swing by antique and capiz and proceed to aklan for biracay. Prepare for a lot of days because the whole island of panay is a wide area to be visited and enjoyed
Thanks for sharing this wonderful video.
Yes when travelling and exploring, all you need is a bed, shower, ac and a safe place. Lechon is epic, the skin should be crunchy though 💯👌
Glad to see you back.
You guys are really fun to watch. The zombie act was epic, hahaha.
"An employee walks by" is the most epic scene of all of your vlogs by far. Great job. Welcome to my hometown, Cebu PH.
Another banging frackers! OUUUUAAAAAA please try visiting tagaytay ranch tower! We all appreciate you guys for the amazing content!❤🎉
Keep up the good work. May God bless you always.
I'm from USA. You guys are adventurous! Good food! And fun! I plan to take a trip to the Philippines. I felt nervous but seeing you guys having a good time there it took all the nervousness away.
You should have tried House of Lechon instead as they're using Carcar lechon recipe which is, in fact, the ultimate Cebu lechon. I tried eating at Rico's Lechon for dinner, around 5PM but the skin lost its crunchiness already. But Carcar lechon's skin stays crunchy up to 8 hours and we proved it many times every time we go on our getaway to southern Cebu.

⭐️ Manila’s (actually all of the Tagalog region’s) lechon is different- less salty and it features a liver sauce dip. Cebu’s is saltier as it is paired with a simple vinegar dip.

Cebu's lechon is paired with simple to no dip because you don't need any dip. I tasted the Tagalogs lechon, you really need the dip (you made the liver sauce sound so complicated :) ) because the lechon there is almost bland and has simple aroma, because you only place Atis or Mango leaves.
Keep up the good work guys
Thats wise/smart way to spend. Your hotel is well organized and its very nice!
Oh that short skits was so hilarious 🤣🤣🤣 when all of a sudden someone walk by 😳 I can't stop laughing with u guys. CEBU lechonlicious with spicy sisig so EPICCCCCC 😋
Nice your here now in Cebu...thats pretty cool
Welcome back guys in the philippines...I miss your vlog when you left the philippines..injoy the province life in the philippines
Wow! You're back in Cebu!
Being a Baguio boy, I've never been to Cebu but direct flights from Baguio to Cebu and vise-versa started last Dec 16,making it more accessible.
*spaghetti wires?* the bulk of those spaghetti wires were coming from telecommunication companies (smart, globe, pldt, etc. even cable tvs) the electricity wires from veco were separate from those spaghetti wires many of those wires were badly damaged by supertyphoon odette last year there's already a phase by phase pipelining for the underground cable system that might be fully completed in a couple of years IT Park, Ayala, SRP had already employed underground cable system (spaghetti wires no longer exist in these areas)
Filipino delicacies are so delicious! Thanks for trying our foods! Sending support from Kimchiboi TV.❤️

This is my hometown and I just watched this today. You mentioned in this vlog that you only had 60k subs so it took you 2 months to gain 10k more and its not bad, you're doing good. Just continue to do you and your honest comments about PH. Also I suggest you do more social connections or even the foreign vloggers who already been living to PH. Its what I think you need to do. Ahg! I miss Cebu Lechon too bad your Lechon Skin's not crunchy.Try eating it to CarCar City next time you drop by Cebu.

Aling Lucing Sisig is the Original and so good from Angels City Pampanga ♥️
its the same when you eat in those places in the city..must visit the cebu provinces for native lechon.
Try going to the province oriental mindoro, calapan city🥺 you could easily go to puerto galera as well, there are also lots of beaches🥺
Now this is what lifestyle is all about! 🌞 🐷
The vulnerable jollibee 😆got me frackin😆
epic! 😁
27:48 My belly hurts from laughing at your hilarious reaction to your own zombie skit! 😅😅😅
The best lechon in Manila is Elar's. Make sure it's Elar's with an "s" because there's another one which is spelled with a "z" (Elarz). And unlike the lechon in Cebu where you dip it in spicy vinegar, lechons in Manila are dipped in a savory sauce made from ground up liver. Must try!
@clakaw

Totally agree! Elar's is the best lechon brand for me too.
Zombie skit EPIC ! 🤣
it was so funny with zombie thing
I love seeing you two always walking.. it's really healthy. The Philippines is not a walking Culture because of the weather here, it's so hot and sometimes there's an unpredictable rain, That is why most of the sidewalks here is not properly paved. People loves to ride even though they will just go to a walking distance Place, that is why theres a lot of public transportation like a cycles, jeepneys and others.

Indeed. We should emulate this boys walking along the streets. Good for health and saves money.

Most of the people that choose to walk around Manila are foreigners. For a 5 minutes walk most pinoys would rather hail a taxi o jeepney while foreigners chose to walk.

In the city but in the province, we used to walk in the 80's to early 90's when there were no chaos in the street. Now every corner in the Philippines seems to be chaotic.

@@axizcorp its probably because they are not familiar with the cheap transpo system in manila, if theybride taxis drivers will charge them double. And i think walking in other country is more fun because you get to see everything sinve you will juat stay there for a limited time.
HAHAHA you two are funny.
havent tried Rico's. Sure heck looks delish but you probably got one that has been sitting around for a while. Hope you get lucky to get a fresh one next time, one with crunchy skin..
Sonny of BEFRS and Biscuit Boyz.. Minnesota represent!
Welcome to Cebu City. Lets drink tuba!!! 😊😆😆😆😆 You should try canyoonering in Badian, Cebu ang whale shark watching in Oslob Cebu. Enjoy!!! 🍻
You guys should try going to Bacolod and try our version of Lechon cuz you definitely won't regret it. If you're looking for a legit "Food trip" it would be BACOLOD CITY, PHILIPPINES. We have it all

Playing zombie at the hallway was fracking epic! hahahahhaha
You could have made the dipping sauce, soy sauce, calamansi.. In Manila lechon is eaten with lechon sauce. We always start eating the skin so we can take advantage of the crunch.
The spicy lechon is the best lechon in ricos. You can request for crunchy skin.
Hope you can visit davao city.. And have comparison of cebu city, metro Manila and davao city..
Another frackin epic day! Whatda frack, try to ask from vendor if the lechon is freshly cooked so that it won't disappoint.
Your mistaking the chili pepper for beans was so hilarious. 😅🤣🤣🤣
You both got Filipino fibes guys so you are safe anywhere in Philippines but careful also to go in place where there’s no much people I love when isaac meet jollibee 😅😅😅
The back part of the lechon is the crispiest and the bellyskin is chewy but the meat part of the belly is the tastiest. Some do take the crispy skin only .
enjoy ❤
Guys! I saw one vlog, they went to surigao del sur, men its a paradise!’n
Geez! You boys were so brave to chow down those chili peppers haha. The lechon and sisig looks pretty good but the oreo milkshake is a solid 10/10 for me haha. Nice and fun walk and J-bee antenna grabbing 😂 24:12 frackin' freaked me out! You guys are amazing!🤘
Please try the 6 Bs - Baguio, Bicol, Batangas, Bacolod, Batanes, Bohol
Good food. Lechon plus sisig , is it sisig? The skin is the best. That’s all I eat whenever I eat lechon.
House of Lechon is a different experience. you might wanna check it before leaving cebu. 👍👍
While you’re in cebu perhaps you should visit kawasan falls
Yes your hotel i really pretty nice and cheap bro!
If you find the food too spicy, eat some more rice instead of drinking water. Rice absorbs the spicy oil while water can only slightly wash out the spice.
fave!
