It's OK but one of the best monkey upgrade paths is probably a 5 0 2 or 5 2 0 archmage wizard with a 2 3 0 village because of monkey intelligence barue or M.I.B for short

For snipers, especially top and bottom path (Cripple MOAB and Elite Defender), you should try changing their targeting option to strong. They can melt most big because of their dps, and if you’re running stuff like ring of fire you won’t need the sniper to worry about the smaller bloons.

hey wolfey, just so you know the top village path after jungle drums only buffs primary class monkeys, it doesnt work on military, magic and support onces, hence the name primary training. also the middle path of the sniper is actually really good with elite defender as the shrapnel essentially lets it hit multiple balloons with every shot and you can imagine how fast it would shred large clumps of balloons then!

Take 79 of and 78 dus not have regrow ceramics 95 does not have fortified ddts thats 99 put it on also 45 camo ceramics

One of the lesser known aspects of this game is that you can change what Bloons your units target. It's always set to "First" by default, which just makes it target the one furthest up the path. But for units like the Elite Defender for example, it's better to set the targeting to "Strongest" which will make it always target the strongest enemy.

Pro tip You can change a monkeys targeting. If you set a monkey to strong for example it will target the highest health balloon. Great for elite defender as he will target the moabs

I can’t wait for Cam to try the Prince of Darkness. Easily one of my personal favorite towers, and it’s pretty damn powerful too.

I think it'd be cool to see the Prince of Darkness for the Wizard Harry. One of the most interesting towers in the game imo (and also one of my favourites so yes I am a bit biased)

Bloon solver on the Glue Gunner (top path i think), the glue gunner only looks like its good for slowing down bloons but, trust me, the bloon solver is not as bad as you think its one of my favorite bloons for destroying a bunch of nearby bloons

Btw wolfy when you use sniper, put him to target strong balloons, so it’s attacks are better used to pop stuff like ceramics and leads instead of reds.

Wolfy, you should practicly always put sniper monkwy on strong, so he targets the strongest baloon on screen (this doesnt apply that much to the bottom path, but is essential for top and middle paths)

If it's the MOAB dps, sure, but it's still debatable since too much focus on strong makes too many cermaics to deal with, especially when the Elite Defender turns them into Yellows

Use Flying Fortress from the plane path it’s broken (it’s expensive) Also primary training only affects primary monkeys so it does not affect ur sniper monkey, u could go middle path village as t5 increases attack speed by 100%

supports that are also extremely good are bottom path glue (moab and relentless glue) and bottom path boomerang (moab press) as these prove extremely valuable on rounds 80+ for slowing or delaying moabs, just be aware both lack innate camo detection and therefore cannot hit DDTs without detection (320 village is a great option as primary training also gives them good range and pierce buffs for cheap)

with every single video you seem to be playing this game a lot in your free time, which I reckon is a really good sign you like what you are playing :) keep it up, wolfy!

When getting the sentries with the cleansing foam, the sentries have a cleansing foam effect and can also strip camos.

Hey Wolfy! Just wanted to tell you not to forget about targeting options for towers, as they can significantly enhance what a tower does if you choose the correct targeting option. For example, like you said in the video, the Elite Defender specializes in single target damage, so putting his targeting to strong will make him quickly pop all of the blimps and not waste time on the smaller bloons.

I'm very happy that you found out that shrapenal on elite defender is goated, but I recommend you to try the other targetting options: First (targets the bloon nearest to the exit), last (targets the bloon farthest to the exit), strong (targets the strongest bloon) and close (targets the weakest bloon)

An important part of the elite defender you missed is that if you put him on strong targeting he won't waste his time trying to pop the smaller bloons, only targeting the blimps so the other towers can clean up.

The Elite Defender is really good for early to mid-game, but after round 80 it starts to struggle a lot more. After round 80, ceramic bloons are changed to super ceramics, which have a way tougher ceramic layer but only spawn 1 rainbow bloon when popped in order to reduce lag.

Btw Benjamin the hero has a skill on like level 8 where he restores 5 hp per round, and is upgraded on the 16th level where it restores 10

The turrets for engineer are crazy once you get tier 4 or 5 turrets

Remember that you can change targeting for your towers. Some of them benefit more from targeting the strongest or closet Bloon

Tip: changing target on towers could massively help them, as for example, single-target towers benefit of “Strong” targeting, which attacks at the strongest bloon in range, or on the map.

I actually really like the sentry guns. Especially the 4th and 5th tier upgrades can make really nice middle lane coverage middle to early late game. They do a lot of work against most bloon combos, and have a ton of track coverage.

Plus it's cheap for how powerful it is. It's not crazy powerful, but it's a solid support, and you can get pretty good cost effectiveness early, and it can be a nice general all-rounder support later.

Tip for sun temple: whatever towers within the super monkey's range will be sacrificed when you buy the sun temple, certain towers with certain upgrades (including a specific hero) will upgrade the sun temple and make it stronger.

You should try primary expertise for a fun tower(top path village)

Something I’d say you should try out is some of the quests, some introduce how some of the heroes work, some are experimental that can likely be tough but give you a decent amount of monkey money and there’s even quests with a little monkey lore. One of the quests grants access to the last tower you have yet to unlock. Give em a try sometime

When you use snipers another way to buff them is the elite sniper because it buffs other snipers attack speed. As far as shrapnel shot it is better when you are doing more crowd control but if you want more single target damage the larger caliber is better. Also to help with crowd control and you still want more single target damage use the top path cross path for elite defender but get some more with bouncing bullets

pin with cleansing foam makes balloons slower if they go through the foam not just stripping them of camo

Wolfy, there are also various Quests, tutorials for the heroes, and challenges in this game. It would be really cool to see you tackle them.

Hi mate, press the gear button next to the round counter to access settings. The slider with the bow and arrow next to it is hero audio, sliding it to 0% turns off the voice lines, meaning no more "nothing gets past my bow!"

i think you'd enjoy druids bottom path Also primary training is only for primary towers, like dart monkey, tack shooter, and all the ones with the blue background

Watching Cameron learn about 0-2-5 Sniper made a twisted grin appear on my face.

Maybe Buccaneer next? I've always loved pirate characters and He is 100% one of the more "fun" characters to use.

just so you know, primary training only effects primary monkeys (blue background) since sniper is a military monkey (green background) he was not getting the benefits from it, however your tack shooter was due to it being a primary :)

I think seeing you try the wizard lord phoenix(middle path wizard) would be fun, because even it isn't as hot as you are

All these towers but I think you should try out glue storm and anti bloon for super monkey both are insane in their own classes and definitely are worth getting a look at

As a long time btd 6 player i love watching him slowly learn the game,like when he got large caliber instead of shrapnel i died inside then he figured it out on his own

Here's a great strategy for tack shooters, considering how much you seem to use them: Go for bottom path tack shooters with the extra projectiles, and a top path ice monkey with embrittlement. Embrittlement gives +1 damage to every projectile that hits bloons that are frozen by the brittle ice. Because of how many projectiles each tack will be shooting, all of those projectiles will get the +1 damage and it can do some pretty crazy damage. Super Brittle increases this to +5 damage, which can be absolutely insane. Since Tack Shooters and Ice Monkeys are both Primary monkeys, they both get buffed by the top path Village, which makes the synergy all the better. Tacks and other sharp projectiles can't pop frozen bloons by themselves, but if I remember correctly the alchemist's acidic mixture dip should let them pop frozen bloons. If it doesn't, Gwendolin should be able to let them pop frozen bloons with her temporary Heat It Up buff. If you don't feel like using Gwendolin, and if the Alchemist acid doesn't work, 3-0-2 tacks should be fine considering the whole point of Hot Shots is to pop lead and frozen bloons.

I'd love to see you try the MAD, the middle path Dartling Gunner. It's a pretty wild change from the tier 4.

Wolfy here’s some buffing tips; don’t get primary training(top path of village) if it’s not a primary tower, they won’t receive any buff. And also to buy middle path with alchemist instead of faster throwing because the potions that buff towers become better.

You should do an old fashioned Wolfy and chill where you try all 3 of a towers upgrades

A bit of advice, get the middle path for both the top and bottom path for the sniper and get the middle path for bottom and top path for alchemist since tier 2 makes the buffing last longer and maybe boosting the potency of the buffs as well i think

Not sure if you are saving this for the future but, there's an icon on the sub and buccaneers. That means you have enough xp to unlock their paragon upgrade. However, you must master the art of banana farming in order to get them.

Pretty fun tower to mess around with is carrier flagship. Give it a go

I'm back again with Part 4 of my Help Desk! So, Targeting Priority, let's talk about it! So, on most towers, you can change what the tower targets. If the tower's on "First", (Most towers start on first) the tower will target the bloon that's the closest to the exit within that tower range. "Last" means the farthest from the exit, "Strong" mean the highest ranked bloon in its range (ex M.O.A.B. class bloons), and "Close" means the closest bloon to the tower. Some towers might have other target priority, like Etienne's "Divide and Conquer". That concludes this part of my help desk. See you later!

Both of the snipers you used (025 and 205) are good for different things. You already figured out shrapnel shot, but large caliber is good at taking off moab layers if you set it to strong targeting. You had the clever idea of killing all the small bloons as quickly as you could to clear the way for the sniper, but you didn't need to do it! Moving the sniper from first to strong makes it target the strongest bloon on screen, which solves your problem

@@nameynamd9212 well my main concern, is that he understands that some are simply just better than others. Elite defender is designed to be cheap and efficient. He doesnt know about its 4x firerate when you lose a life cuz by the time you start losing lives with tier 5’s on the field, you die instantly anyways. Something like the sun god is expensive af and is a hard carry.

If you notice that towers are good against certain types of bloons, always change their targeting so that they can prioritize those. Setting snipers to strong is a common way to maximize their damage output.

Fire vid you should try apache prime

For Sniper, setting two snipers away from the track and doing 5 - 0 - 2 and 2 - 0 - 5 on them and then setting them to strong, then building them a Village with a middle tree village and some jungle drums and those two will handle any Moab class Bloons by themselves up until the B.A.D, leaving the rest of the towers for cleanup.

Not sure if someone said this yet but you are putting too many towers near Alchemist, alc on both paths(one where it makes the buff last longer and is stronger and one where he throws the buff more frequently) can only really buff I think 2-3 towers constantly/permanently having the buff.

Yoooo Wolfy. I've been enjoying the BTD6 series so far. Although a small tip for the sniper monkey: the middle path tier 5 Elite Sniper is better against crowds than the Elite Defender because of the bouncing bullet upgrade & the top path Cripple MOAB debuffs & stuns MOAB class bloons.

I think you should try druid of wrath being buffed by 5 other poplusts 😊
