I've always been disappointed when a character's lines get cut off by someone pressing start when I expected to hear it in full; I think I would like it a lot if this was an intentional change and everyone's finishing lines carry over

I noticed something about his second flicker target combo that makes it way cooler. A lot of flicker jabs in anime/games are based off of Thomas Hearns, who had the nickname "The Hitman". Naming the TC that has 2 flickers into a big chopping right, which was another thing Hearns was known for, the Hitman Combination is really sick.

Yeah I really like when they put effort into making boxer’s more than “hey this guy punches”. Only thing about ed I don’t like is his walk it looks a little funky

When is the Sajam commentator DLC? I want to hear, "Allllrighty chat room", or "I'm askin a simple question...will it kill?" whenever a level 3 lands lol. But in all seriousness Ed looks amazing. Fun and a strong character for sure.

It's weird that he doesn't have 123 anymore, but apart from that he doesn't seem that different function wise to me, the one quirk I remember him having in V that's probably isn't coming back was his Sweep being active for like 5 or 7 frames.

Capcom doesn't like showing footage of CPU 8 before a character's release because of the advanced combos and techs the CPU does with it. It was the same during the media tour pre-release, none of the creators were allowed CPU level 8.

He may lose access to raw kill rush on modern, but he should still be able to cancel his stances into it by double tapping backwards or forwards.

@@anso3886 That's just how modern control is designed. To balance the fact that you get easier inputs, you lose access to certain moves.

It's so terrible for us modern players. There is no one recording any footage for us. Like for how his auto combo's play out or personal touches to make on them. Or a breakdown comparison to see what moves you are actually giving up in modern. I would also bet money that you can in fact do the dash in modern. Probably just by pressing medium + heavy similar to Ken's run. Same with the full screen charge up attack. Likely just hold heavy. I hate to sound ungrateful. Thank you for the footage you did get and have. But here is the only place you can even catch a second of what the special move inputs in modern even look.

Bro why wouldn't capcom just let you guys use training mode, why limit the knowledge when it's a literal showcase.

Love the character but as long as they dont fix the matchmaking, I dont think player base is going to increase. I am not playing because I get like 1 game in 5 minutes that too if I dont get disconnected while searching, worst matchmaking ever, while Tekken matchmaking is doing a really good job.

@@smnvalex Region lock is the main issue, Im wired and dont have any card as of now, game tries to match me with the same 5 people, I literally have to block players so that it does not try to match me with them again and again.. There are literally several videos on this issue, just search "SF6 matchmaking issues"
