Trying BEST INDIAN WINTER DISHES | The Urban Guide

Ойын-сауық

Antil & Neeraj taste tested some of the best winter dishes from various parts of India. KAshmir se lekar Punjab tak, Odisha se lekar Sikkim tak. We know there are sooo many dishes that give us warmth and would love to try those as well. Suggest a few in the comments. Aapke yahan sardi chaalu hui?

Enduri Pitha is made in Haldi ka patta.. And then steamed... It's basically made on Prathmastami ( a day when the elder child of the house is worshipped). Loads of love from Odisha. 💖

The Enduri pitha is steamed in turmeric leaf . So it's also called that "haldi Patra pitha" .. it's basically made on the day of "Prathama-astami" ( the day when the first born of the family has to be worshipped) . Haldi patta is used to give the warmth in winter . ❤️❤️ . Thank you for having this Odia delicacy.

And It is covered by TURMERIC Leave which gives it a Nice Smell. And Make it as you make Idli. And if TUG team wants to try something more from odisha try DAHIBARA only from Cuttack it's Famous all over Odisha. ( Cuttack DAHIBARA) 😇😇👍🏻😅 Thank You Neeraj Bhai and Antil Bhai.
