IPL isn’t that safe for the pigment in our skin also it doesn’t work as effectively for us❤️❤️ make sure you go to a qualified technician ❤️ There are different laser types that don’t affect the pigment in our skin and only targets the hair follicles.🥰

You're not meant to have tan on when you get laser hair removal! it can cause hyperpigmintation (even if you think you've no tan on, you probably will have refinance for 2 weeks).. I hadn't tan on for two weeks and I looked pale and then she wiped my leg with an alcohol wipe and there was tan still there and my session had to be pushed back another 4 weeks :(, and avoid sun exposure too to all areas.

Just an idea for filming the podcast - you know how Cinzia said she lies on her belly when they record it, it made me think that if it was filmed in a bedroom where Sophie and Cinzia are both lying on their bellies on a bed I think it would be so cute and on brand. Im picturing that scene from Grease where all the girls are having a sleepover and telling each other about their boy troubles. Picture pink fluffy pyjamas and it feeling like you're going over to your friends house for a sleepover because you're having a relationship/life crisis. Just think it would be so much cooler than being in a studio and so different from all the other podcasts out there!!! Love you guys x

Omg you say that about missing out on school, online lessons are literally the hardest thing, they’re so isolating. Nobody has it easier but you can go to Ibiza next year, we’re missing out on the last few years of school where you should be with your mates everyday, we won’t get that back next year. About the at home lasers, they def work cause i use the Phillips one but its not a one time thing that you can be done with, you still have to continue using it if you want to remain hairless, you just use it less frequently like once every two months

@@Ani7xx alot of people have the misconception that it gets rid of hair completely but this philips one in particular says you have to keep up with it, but id rather do this which takes like 10 mins every few months than shave every other day!

@@TheEmmaloo65 me and my mum share the phillips one, if you are patient and have time to go over every inch of your body you want hairless with a little square of where the laser actually zaps then go for it, but unless you're very consistent with it it doesn't remove the hair, in my opinion xx

I use coconut oil to moisturize too but I put it on damp skin, straight out of the shower and then pat dry with a towel, rub in any excess and then put on really soft and comfy lounge wear

Sophia if you put the oil on while your body is still wet like while you’re in the shower you won’t be so oily but your skin will feel so nice and that will help with the whole bed sheets thing. love u 💕

Girls I’ve got a Philips lumea can’t remember which model, got it 5 years ago. if you think you do it for a few weeks and then never again you are wrong as I still use it now! I’m half Spanish so my hair grows at a ridiculous speed and is dark and I’d had enough of shaving every day. I love this machine and don’t regret buying it at all! when I’ve done the lasering continuously for a solid 2 months it’s great and the hair growth is so slow :) I don’t need to shave for a good 4/5 days. after a certain amount of weeks you can have bigger gaps of time between sessions which is nice. If I’ve planned a holiday I make sure I get straight on the lasering ready for holiday and it really does help

The laser will work a lot better without tan on, it should still work with it but maybe take a bit longer than 10 weeks xx

I think that is Scandal by Night Cinz, the original (just Scandal) is a little different- more honey and floral. The darker liquid is cherry, vanilla, honey- I have it too and I love it!

I use the Philips hair removal thing, used it for year and if you don't keep on top of it then there's no point using it in the first place since its not very strong. But top it up regularly and its fab! Xx

Girls, the level depends on the combination of your skin tone and hair colour - there is a finder thingy that you press and you hold the the machine against your skin and it tells you which level you should use for that area of the body to get the maximum results - the lower levels may feel more comfortable but wont be as effective if they are not suitable for your skin tone. I'm guessing you're both level 2/3 as I am level 4 (tanned skin). The book explains the process really well :) and also you're gona love it! it doesn't permanently remove hair but when hair does come back after like 2 months its very patchy and nowhere near as hairy as before!!
