I think it looks better when you just go forward or backward, than when u switch it every turn.If you switch it I get lost in your moves, and pattern isn't apparent. It just doesn't have that mesmerizing quality that juggling tricks should have.

Do it while in a plank position! I bet you can pull it off in a a half hour or so.

I’m working on a tutorial, I’ll try to get it out soon! Siteswap is definitely a great thing to learn as a juggler, it opens up a lot of possibilities once you understand it!

Snap, but if you want to learn the mathematics behind it I have just watched a really interesting Ted talk ,,,,,,atm using Taylor’s tutorial on the Mills Mess , but cant see, to go from one side to the other

You mean joggling? If so, yes I had the women’s 5 ball 100 meter joggling world record for a little bit. It was beaten though ☺️
