Not true. If you add water or ice to your blend when juicing yourself you're getting a ton of water with each juice, and celery and cucumbers are mainly water so when you're using celery and cucumber those alone give you plenty of water!

She got a headache cuz she didnt drink water after. You're supposed to finish the juice and then the idea is to fill the empty bottle up with water and drink the water until it's time for the next juice

i’ve done this juice cleanse 3 separate times for 3 days straight and the juices are really not bad. the one thing that i had a difficult time with was missing the chewing factor of food, not food itself. the juices are pretty filling and you are also getting a super solid amount of nutrients from it. you feel super good and cleansed after, but i personally wouldn’t suggest doing it for three days. probably just a day or two to reset your system c:
