I’ve had these dosas a lot in Bangalore. It’s called 99 variety dosa there. Delhi seems good but one thing is missing, in blr, they make a lil different batter for this style dosa. To make it more crispy and tasty.

Mumbai me mere institute k bahr ek dosa wale anna sham ko khade hote the apna bhakda le k, unka best selling n sabse expensive dosa hota tha mysore dosa, jo full of beetroot n butter hota tha Yummiest dosa I have ever eaten ❣
