probably flower food..a high phosphourus food...but even miricle grow would help it at that point but the one for blooms has more phosphorus to make flowers...I think the garlic was an antibiotic for root rot....

I have done something similar I got a petunia in mail and it drooped for two weeks....but I kept working on it and finally with food and repotting and more sun after three weeks it is very healthy and green with flowers...petunias are hardy and easy to fix but they need sun
