I’m black I can’t tell. Edit: nvm I was looking at the skin park but I have good circulation because it’s fast.

Yes harder to use nail beds and other visible areas if darker-skinned. Health care staff use lining/mucosa of eye/mouth and tongue - s/b pink and moist. May also use palms, soles of feet and obv blood work.

started to do this then realized I just finished repainting my nails this morning lmao I'm pretty sure my circulation is fine anyway

My blood circulation became poor at 19-20 and here i am 24 its becoming reason for many issues with body functioning

@@pro-gradetech9155 i have noticed quite reduction of function in many parts of body including some of the organs especially urology related. hands and feets are as cold as somebody sitting in alaska uncovered. Slight blurry Vision, lack of agility and flexibility, stiffness in muscles. Tbh half of taste of living life is gone 😂

Does this apply for POC??

Good circulation where? To the whole body, or the tested finger? I can cut off the circulation to my foot right now, and do this test. I can show that I have good circulation when it is not the case. This test can show you if you have a problem with circulation, but it can not rule out a problem with circulation. You may have limited circulation elsewhere.

How about we just get folks into the doctor’s office and stop giving advice that may or may not apply?

Sir, English is global language even subtitles are available but last words AREN'T PINK I can understand after very much difficulty and repeating more than 10 times.
