These are great streching/yoga moves but, what about headache caused by sinuses....please address ways to help calm that....many of us have them and they are long lasting.

I have a depressed shoulder since my youth on my dominant side (I’m guessing it’s over stretched from use) and that’s the side w migraine. Elevating the shoulder definitely works and stops migraine. ✝️🙏

OMG! This is partially what has been causing my right sided neck and headache. The other part is the sore to touch vertebrae in the neck. But sadly there is no fix for it because it is due to scoliosis (birth defect). The right side shoulder is lower than the left side. I have had neck pain now for 8 to 10 years and that is how long my curve has been worsening. What can I do? The pillow when sitting?

Hello! I had 3 total hip replacement surgery and was not able to exercise for a long time causing the entire left side of d body to loose all muscle tone.Can u give me some suggestions as to wha exrcises to do to not feel so loose and prone to injury?

Hi, looks like an interesting exercise to try ! Thanks for that. Small correction for the origin of levator scapula ...not the mastoid, but the transverse processes of c1-c4 ( based on who ya read could be up to c5/c6). Anyway, thanks for the videos !

Hey Docs, I need some help if u can. My body has been breathing on it own for 23 years. For some reason that i do not know of , I have been in pain every day for the last few years. I had described my pain to my father, and he said I have a body of a 90 year old with little exercise. Oh, here(W61.2kg x H169cm) are my height and weight measurements if u need them. I am broke. I don't go to the clinic anymore.😂
