Maybe you are using very harsh face wash which is making your skin dry.

In the winter. . my skin gets very pale olive. If I tan. I get hyperpigmentation. So. That creates a coverage issue. Foundations and concealers oxidize in their containers before I use them up. So much money spent to keep 'fresh' products. BB and CC creams seem like a better choice for treatment while covering imperfections.

When you're not fair, the veins don't show up very clearly. On fair people, I can literally look at their face and determine the undertone. On skins like mine and deeper, it's kinda hard.
